Project Components

This mixed use development's inspiration from the unique plans of the hillside towns of Mediterranean Europe envisions 500+ residential units combined with retail space and possible hotel/office uses to accomplish the needs of the on-site residents, as well as the neighboring university community. Retail space, On-site parking and services for both residents and retailers along with a bike/pedestrian path would support access via auto and local transit nodes.
